First Essex Announces Restoration of the 21A Bus Route for Westcliff
First Essex is pleased to announce the restoration of the 21A bus route, from Monday 15th April.
The 21A service, an extension of the 21 service, will run every hour during the middle of the day from Monday to Saturday, and will serve Carlton Avenue in Westcliff, providing access to residents to Southend and Leigh.
This service has been made possible through the use of Bus Service Improvement Plan (BSIP) funding awarded by HM Government to Southend-on-Sea City Council, and will provide increased convenience and flexibility for passengers traveling in this area.
