First Bus to Sponsor Sculpture in Break Charity's 2025 GoGoSafari art Trail

First Bus East of England is proud to announce its sponsorship of a giraffe sculpture as part of the highly anticipated 2025 GoGoSafari, an art sculpture trail organised by Norfolk based charity, Break.

The trail, set to launch in the summer of 2025, will feature five new animal sculptures, including lions, gorillas, giraffes, elephants, and rhinos, designed by local artists and displayed across the county.

The GoGo sculpture trails, which debuted in 2013, have become a beloved tradition, drawing in locals and visitors alike to discover unique art installations while supporting Break’s vital work with young people from care. Operating across East Anglia, Break gives young people living in care or moving on from care the love, support and ambition they deserve.

First Bus East of England has a long-standing partnership with Break, and its Managing Director, Piers Marlow, expressed the company's excitement about continuing its support:

"We are delighted to be a sponsor of the 2025 GoGoSafari , organised by Break in Norfolk. This trail is a fantastic celebration of art, community, and creativity, and we're proud to be part of an initiative that brings joy to so many while supporting Break's vital work with vulnerable children and families.

“At First Bus East of England, we believe in giving back to the communities we serve, and the GoGoSafari Trail is a perfect way to do just that." said Marlow.

The GoGoSafari Trail is not only a celebration of local artists and community spirit but also shines a light on conservation efforts, with the Zoological Society of East Anglia supporting the event to raise awareness about its crucial work.

Ellie Edge, Partnerships Manager at Break, expressed her gratitude for First Bus’ continued support:

"It is so wonderful to have First Bus back as a sponsor for GoGoSafari 2025. Our partnership on the trails goes back many years, and we are really grateful for their continued support for Break and our projects. We look forward to working closely with First Bus over the next 18 months!"

Since its inception, the GoGo trails have raised more than £1.4 million through the sale of 284 sculptures, with the proceeds supporting Break’s work. The most recent auction in 2022 raised £427,000 from the sale of 60 T-Rex and Steppe Mammoth sculptures.
